So let's get it right.
HEAD
Measure circumference of head just above top of ears, and 1 inch (2.54 cm) above eyebrows.
SLEEVE
Measure on the sinside of your arm from the armpit to an inch past your wrist bone.
CHEST
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
WAIST
Measure around natural waist, near your bellybutton, with a comfortable tape.
HIP & SEAT
Place the measuring tape around your lower waist where you typically wear pants and shorts.
INSEAM
Measure from your groin to the length mentioned for the garment to determine which size suits you best.
