Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Estimates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates only and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.

 

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping outside of the United States. However, delivery times will be significantly increased compared to domestic shipping times, and refunds or exchanges will not be provided. 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at help@laddandco.com with photos and a description of the damage.
