In the overarching garment market, there is very little focus on the young man and his clothing needs. Huett Ladd Nelson discovered this problem while in high school, struggling to find the attire that best represented what he aspired to be: confident, mature, masculine, and distinguished from those around him.
Ladd & Company is a reflection of these aspirations, as well as the shared experiences that young men have. Between growing up, late nights with lads, and chasing one's ambitions in life, these exploits are what define us and the Ladd persona.
The Garment Process
This isn't your friend's brother's dropshipping company, we do everything from scratch.
All garments start with the design phase, resulting in the cover sketch you see for every garment in the shop. Fabrics and other components are also chosen at this time.
Once details are finalized and put into a garment blueprint, sampling and production begins. This process can take 2-4 months depending on the item.
The final stage in the process is distribution. Garments receive a final quality check for any discrepancies, and are then packaged to be sent to our ladds.
